ICONA AVALON

One of the most significant projects in the portfolio of AEON's founder, Steve Tomassetti, was the transformation of South Jersey's famed Golden Inn into the luxurious ICONA Avalon beachfront resort. With no substantial existing drawings of the original structure, the team was challenged to design and construct a new interior from scratch.

 

The project included a complete overhaul of 159 guest rooms complete with kitchenettes, oceanfront suites with balconies, two new pools, the Avalon Brew Pub restaurant and the Sandbar beach bar. ICONA Avalon has kept the Golden Inn's memory alive by becoming a landmark resort on the Jersey Shore.
